One of the worst platforms to use. Cannot directly withdraw your money after depositing. I accidentally converted some money i had to another currency, since it was no longer enough to withdraw i had to charge some more but couldn't remove it. Beside that, the currency conversion rate is just too much. They have a fixed conversion rate which is just too low compared to the real time rate, but surprisingly when you deposit they use the real time rate, pure scam to be honest.

I won't say you guys are scammers but very unprofessional. Those polishing your withdrawal process I can't say what country they are from but from my Nigeria experience, this is no good. My money has been locked in there for over six months unable to withdraw back to my bank account. Worst is there is no option for such withdrawal method. On the Android app there is no customer support. Poorly designed app.

Oookay, I wrote a review and gave one ⭐ for my first experience and the delay in customer service support, but I must say they contacted me and reverse my money back to my account and I did withdrawal which took less than a minute. They listened to my complaint and resolve it. They only problem is the delay. But in all it's a simple app and very straight to the point. Good Job Team.
